For Pancakes
1 cupRefined Flour
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/4 tspBaking powder
as requiredOil for frying
For Custard
3/4 cupMilk
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspVanilla Custard powder
8Cherries for decoration

For pancakes, mix flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Whisk with a wire whisker to make a lump-free batter.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and keep heart shape cookie cutter in the pan.

Pour some batter under a cookie cutter and cook from both sides.

For the custard, boil milk with sugar on low flame.

Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup chilled milk.

Add this mixture in boiled milk, mix well and cook till it thicken.

Transfer custard jelly in plate and cut in little hearts.

Arrange custard hearts on pancake hearts and decorate with cherry hearts.
