Stir-Fry with Garlic Soy Sauce Made by a Green Onion Lover

My husband created this recipe because I brought back green onions from my parents' vegetable garden.
When you don't have garlic soy sauce, it's ok to stir-fry the sliced garlic after putting the butter into the pan during Step 3, and adding soy sauce in Step 5. Recipe by Minaichigo

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the green onions into 5 cm lengths.
- 2
Take the sinews of the chicken tenders, and cut into 3 pieces.
- 3
Place the butter in a frying pan, and add the chicken tenders. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for 4 ~ 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 4
When the chicken is almost cooked through, add the green onions, and continue stir-frying.
- 5
When the green onions are soft and tender, drizzle in the garlic soy sauce down the sides of the pan, and stir quickly.
- 6
If you marinate sliced garlic with plenty of dark soy sauce, and keep the sauce in a clean and dry bottle, you can use it in many dishes, and it'll come in handy.
