Easy Cooking in a Microwave King Oyster Mushrooms Simmered in Butter and Soy Sauce

I came up with a butter version of the delicious simmered king oyster mushrooms.
It's ok to pour the seasoning ingredients (sauce) on top of the king oyster mushrooms. The mushrooms should absorb the flavour, but it's better to stir lightly at the end just in case. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru

Tear up the king oyster mushrooms into pieces.
- 2
Place the king oyster mushrooms in a heatproof dish (deep one if available), and pour the ☆ mixture on top. You can also use a silicone steamer.
- 3
Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. When the mushrooms become soft and wilted, they are ready.
- 4
Caution The sauce might boil over while microwaving since it contains butter. Please keep a close eye on it and stop microwaving before it boils over.
- 5
Lightly stir so that the sauce will evenly coat the mushrooms, then you're done.
