1pack King oyster mushrooms
1 sliceBacon
2 tspOlive oil
1 tspButter (or margarine)
1 tspSoy sauce
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper

Steps

Slice the mushrooms and bacon into whatever size you prefer.

Heat a frying pan, coat in olive oil, and fry the mushrooms and bacon.
3

Sprinkle some salt and pepper, add the butter and soy sauce, stir-fry quickly, then remove from heat.
