Macrobiotic Kurumabu, Bean & Okara Gratin

I've been eating okara a lot recently. This time I made a side dish with it, instead of cake which I usually make.
I didn't add mixed beans to the ingredients list, but I added them in Step 1 and cooked with other ingredients. The texture of kurumabu is very nice. Recipe by komutatata

Steps
- 1
Put all of the ingredients except the cheese into a frying pan. Break each kurumabu into 3 or 4 pieces.
- 2
Start cooking on high heat, and when the surface starts to bubble, reduce to medium heat. Keep stirring, and when the kurumabu has soaked up the cooking sauce, stop the heat.
- 3
Spread Step 2 in a heat-resistant container, and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until it's browned, and it's done.
