  • 1 tbspfinely chopped Onions
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped Tomato
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder
  • 1/4 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspMozzarella cheese
  • 1 tspMixed herbs

    Take finely chopped onions and tomatoes in a bowl.

    Add egg, salt, chili, and pepper.

    Whisk with a wire whisker.

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and fry in butter.

    Sprinkle cheese and herbs over bread toast and cook on low flame till cheese melts.
