Curried butternut squash soup

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C, put squash, carrot and onion in pan with oil, 1 tbsp curry powder and 1 tbsp garam Marsala season and mix and put in Oven for 30-40 minutes

Take out veg and add to large saucepan, add enough stock to cover veg, add remaining spices and blend using hand blender.

Once smooth, add in coconut milk to taste and season. Add more spices to taste and one more final blend
