Seive flour, salt and baking soda

Mix milk and vinegar and keep aside

In large mixing bowl take room temperature butter and add powdered sugar.. Beat until both incorporated well

Now add one egg at a time and keep beating

Add oil.. Now add dry mixture and buttermilk side by side and keep mixing at med speed

Gently mix the flour and liquid mixture

Bake at 180 degree for 40 to 45 mins

Now add red food colour and mix well
