Soaked dal for 1/2 an hour Pressure cook chana dal. Now add ghee in pan add dal sugar or gud and mix them well. Add Elaichi powder nutmeg powder and kesar. Make a semi soft or till dry.

Make this type of ball from mixer.
Begin to knead the dough, adding water as required. The dough should be smooth and soft. Cover and keep aside the dough for 15 to 20 minutes - 3
Now start making puranpoli. Stuff this puran in centre and make like round parathas.

Now roasting puranpoli on tawa both sides.applying ghee after done.
