Cut all vegetables into cubes, heat oil in a kadai then add onion garlic ginger paste and cook for one minute.

Then add chopped tomato, salt to taste, green chilli, sambar masala then gradually add vegetables mix properly cover and cook for 4 minutes.

Then add 1 cup of water and pressure cook till 2 whistle. When pressure releases on its own, add ghee, sugar mix well and serve hot.
