First marination - wash the fish pieces and add to a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, crushed kasuri Methi, mustard oil, lime juice, asafoetida, carrom seeds and mix well. Set aside for 10 mins

Second marination - Add deghi Mirch powder, yogurt, besan flour, rice flour, salt and mix well.

In a wok heat oil to deep fry, add fish pieces slowly and fry well on both side. Set aside. Complete the batch.

Garnish with lime wedges and onion rings and enjoy
