Pinchchaat masala
1 cupWheat flour dough
2 spoondesi ghee

Take a bowl.Put leftover rice,add all spices.mix them well.

Now make a ball of wheat flour dough. Make chapati.Add leftover rice mixture and fold it.

Now make Parantha and put on hot tawa.fry both sides with desi ghee.Leftover rice Parantha is ready.
