Boil the meat until it's water dries up,add salt,onion, garlic, garam masala and black pepper,stir then remove it from the heat

Leave it to cool then add breadcrumbs and 1 egg,mix it thoroughly

Mold them into kebab shape

Beat the remaining 2 eggs and use to coat before deep frying, repeat it severally to achieve a Golden brown colour

Deep fry then coat again
