Masala cheese Toast

First, boil the potatoes and mash them.

Then add salt Jeera powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, Garam masala, pav bhaji masala, chat masala, crushed garlic, coriander leaves.

Mix well and keep aside.

Now place 2 bread slices. Apply butter, green chutney and sauce on both.

Now spread the potato stuffing over one bread slice.

Place slices of onion, tomato and cucumber and sprinkle some salt and chat masala on it.

Grate some cheese and place the other slice on it.

Now heat a pan and apply some butter. Place the bread and toast on both sides until crispy.

Once done on both sides serve hot with sauce and chutney.
