I love okra, so I wanted to try making this!

Just lightly coat the okra with the mentsuyu. If you use too much, then it will turn the surrounding egg brown when you roll it up This is an important point!

Lightly boil the okra, then lightly coat with mentsuyu.

Mix the sugar and egg together.

Pour Step 2 into a frying pan, then assemble the okra on one end (remove the stems).

Roll up the okra as you cook the egg, then wrap in parchment paper to shape.

It's ready once cooled!
