Dry poha rub on a clean cloth piece & grind coarsely Satue into ghee for 2 to 3 min

In a pan add milk boiled till left 1/3 Add poha again boiled till poha & milk mix proper

Now add sugar & elaichi powder at last add roasted dry fruits

Stir continues & off the flame keep for cool We can freeze it for some time

Decorate it with fresh fruits & serve
