  • Red pepper and Scotch Bonnet
  • Onion
  • Seasonings nd species
  • Palm oil
  • containersMoi Moi
  • Cray fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur beans thoroughly nd remove the black heads, add onions, red pepper and Scotch bonnet nd blend to make a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    When u finish blending add small amount of hot water if d batter is thick to make it will b a bit watery,add ur seasonings nd spices, cray fish nd little salt, add ur palm oil nd mix very well.

  3. 3

    In Moi Moi containers rub palm oil inside then pour ur batter to fill in the container.

  4. 4

    In a steamer arrange d containers nd steam for 30mins. Wen done fry little palm oil with onion nd serve the moimoi with ground pepper.
