With a splash of oil gently sweat of your Veggies and bacon

When softened add the cooked chicken season and add the flour and gently cook add some milk it will look gloopy but don't panic over a low heat add some water and this will make your sauce. When thickened leave to cool down

Pre heat oven 180 fan

When the mixture is completely cook add to your pie dish cover with pastry and brush with egg yolk

It will not take long as all the pie ingredients are cooked just waiting on the pastry
