After a long absence and missing my own homemade meals.... Enjoy this three ingredients meal.

Cut your veggies to size and boil for about 10 minutes to soften. Drain all the water and set aside

Heat water to boiling in another sufuria. Cook your pasta for 7 minutes. (Add in the chilli if desired as it boils). Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a clean sauce pan, pour in your vegetables, add salt to taste and stir to mix well. Let cool for about 3-5 minutes then serve.

Heat oil again then add in your pasta, add salt to taste, turmeric and black pepper. Then serve. Enjoy with a cold glass of fresh blended mango juice 😋😋😋
