For tiramisu lovers, here's a simple and easy recipe made with ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and strawberries.

First, make the cream. Soak the gelatin in the water for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the water with the sugar to 250°F (121°C). Add the softened, well-drained gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

Beat the egg yolks and vanilla extract with an electric mixer or stand mixer. Slowly pour in the syrup while beating, and continue mixing until the mixture cools. Add the mascarpone and keep mixing. Finally, add the liquid whipping cream and beat until the mixture is thick and fluffy.

Cut the ladyfingers into two or three pieces, then dip them in milk. Place them at the bottom of each jar. Spoon the cream over the ladyfingers, or use a piping bag if you prefer. Top with diced strawberries.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
