Dosa with aloo masala

Take 3/4 cup idli dosa rice, 3/4 cup regular rice, 1/2 cup Urad Dal without skin, 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds, 1/2 tablespoon Chana Dal and put this ingredients in one big bowl and add water to it for soaking for overnight..Next day add these all ingredients in mixer jar with salt, blend until smooth

Pou nonstick tawa on flame. Sprinkle little oil on it and pour this dosa batter on tawa with the help of tablespoon

Spread this batter with the help of tablespoon in round shape

Add little bit oil on the dosa edges and change the side of this dosa

Let the dosa color change in little bit light golden colour

Now serve this dosa with masala aloo..its ready to serveo
