Stuffed Paneer Besan Chilla

In a bowl take chickpea flour,add a pinch of salt and all powdered spices.Add water and make a flowing batter.Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile heat oil in a pan,add onion.Saute for 1 minute.Add all chopped vegetables.Stir.

Add all powdered spices,mix.Add 2 tbsp water.Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Crumble paneer and add to vegetables.Mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves.Take out and keep aside.

Now heat a non-stick tawa/pan.Pour a ladle full of chickpea batter.Spread with gentle strokes.

Coo on low -medium flame for 3 minutes on one side.Apply 1 tsp oil on upper side.

Flip over and cook further for 3-4minutes on low flame.

Spread half of stuffing on chilla,fold and take out.

Prepare another one in same way.

Serve hot with green chutney or chutney of your choice.
