Ingredients

  • 200 gmsPaneer
  • 1/4 cupMethi( fenugreek) leaves chopped 1 Cup
  • 1Onion Sliced
  • 2Tomatoes Slices
  • 1/2 TspGarlic Crushed
  • 1/2 TspJeera/ cumin seeds
  • 1/4 TspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 TspRed Chilli powder
  • 1 TspDhaniya( coriander) Powder
  • 1/2 TspGaram Masala Powder
  • 1 CupMilk
  • 1 TbspCream
  • 1 TspSugar
  • 2 TbspMustard Oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tspcoriander leaves for garnish

Steps

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil, add jeera.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and saute.

  3. 3

    Add sliced onions and saute till translucent.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes and salt and cook till soft and mashy.

  5. 5

    Add methi leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add all dry masalas and sugar.

  7. 7

    Add paneer, milk and cream and cook till oil floats. This would take 2-3 minutes.

  8. 8

    Garnish with some coriander leaves.
