Add milk or water and mix thoroughly to remove lumps

Add more liquid until the mixture is runny

Let the batter settle for 30 minutes or so

Heat your pan on medium heat and pour the batter. Let it cook until bubbles form on the upper surface

Turn and let the other side also cook

Serve with tea.
