Cauliflower Fritters (pakoda) are popular Teatime snacks.These fritters can be prepare with many variations but I will share my recipe which is easy as well as fritters will come out so crispy.

Cauliflower Fritters (pakoda) are popular Teatime snacks.These fritters can be prepare with many variations but I will share my recipe which is easy as well as fritters will come out so crispy.
Steps

Cut cauliflower florets into little big pieces. Add them into boiling water & blanch them for 5 mins. Add a little bit of salt also.

After 5 mins take them out in a strainer & let them cool down.

For batter.Take a bowl in that add beans, rice flour, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, red chili powder, haldi powder, carom seeds & garam masala. Add water little by little & make a smooth batter.

Now take 1 by 1 floret. Coat them into the batter & deep fry them. Repeat the process with all.

Let them cool down a bit as we are going to fry them again for extra crispness. Press them with your palm as shown in the picture.

Deep fry them again into hot oil.(With this step gobhi florets will be extremely crispy & yummy.)

Take them out on kitchen paper. Serve immediately with coriander mint chutney and enjoy.
