Steps

Heat ghee in a pan.Add the whole spices (cinnamon, clove and cardamom), onion and green chilli.

Saute it till the onion becomes transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt,sambar powder and mix it well.

Then add mint leaves and mix gently.

Turn off the slove,let the mixture cools down and grind it into a fine paste.

Heat ghee in a same pan and add the blanched cauliflower.

Season it with salt,sambhar powder and mix well.masala flavour has to coat the cauliflower florets.

Now add the grinded masala to the cauliflower and gently mix it.

Add the coriander leaves,mint leaves and mix well.

Add the rest of the ghee.
Start adding the cooked Rice in consistency,keep the flame on low and mix it well with the cauliflower masala. - 11
Serve the cauliflower Rice with raita.
