Ginger Hot Pot (to boost your metabolism)

An aquaintance gave me a really good recipe, so I modified it a bit to my preference.
Add shiro-dashi to adjust the broth.
I stopped suffering from cold hands and feet after I started eating this hot pot regularly. Recipe by Pinowanwan

Steps
- 1
Add all of the ☆ ingredients to an earthenware pot to make the dashi stock.
- 2
To the stock, add tofu and vegetables of your choice, such as mizuna. Use chopsticks to cook the pork by swishing it in the broth ("shabu-shabu").
- 3
For the end of the hot pot meal, add udon noodles to the leftover broth. Rice porridge is also delicious. Your whole body will be warmed from this meal.
- 4
If there is leftover broth, remove the scum, add rice and swirl in a beaten egg (sprinkle shredded nori on top).
