For cookies or any bake dish we need proper measurements with proper proportion. Keep this in mind. First mix butter and jaggery and beat until it becomes fluffy. I used pure Deshi Ghee.

Mix until it becomes fluffy and creamy as shown in picture. Now sieve the flour, baking powder,

Baking soda, add grated coconut, oats

Mix all the ingredients and make fine dough, if required add little milk. And make shape as you like either from cookie cutter or round, square on palm.

Bake on the preheated over or on gas stove in Kadhai as you wish. For oven on 180° for 15 min. On gas stove in preheated Kadhai on plate for 30-35 min on medium to low flame.
