Great for Dieters! Tofu Topped With Natto

I made this because I had gained weight recently...
The slimy substance of the natto helps to lower blood pressure. It promotes healthy blood circulation, and the effects last for up to eight hours! You should eat natto with dinner because when you are sleeping you don't move and this way it will help your blood circulate better!

I diluted the mentsuyu with water and it was just fine.
Anyways, this was easy to make! (lol)
Please give it a try! Recipe by Dekkaman
