  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoonschopped palak
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinchjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix above mentioning things and knead dough with help of water. Check the consistency of water make 3 balls out of it

    Roll each ball to a round shape and spread on tawa, when it's half done flip it up to another side

    Then keep the roti on gas flame cook both sides. Before serving brush some ghee on top.
