To make soybean chili, first, soak the soybeans for 20 minutes. After this, squeeze the soybean out of the water.

After this, put oil in a pan on high heat to heat it.
As soon as the oil is hot, add soybean vadas and fry it. After roasting, take it out on a plate. - 3
Now make a paste of Sarawak, green chili, tomato, and dahi.

In a fry pan take oil and add some whole cumin and coriander seeds.

Now, add onion and capsicum in this pan and cook for 1minutes.

After the same time, add salt and mix. Add masala to the pan and mix.

Now add the puree, mix it well and let it cook in medium flame for a while.

When your gravy gets thick add cream and add soya chunks, mix it and cook it for 2 mins.

At last add some tomato sauce and sprinkle some kasuri methi over it.

Serve hot soya chilli with chapati, naan or paratha.
