Fresh Pasta Recipe Number 20: Strascinati

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I love fresh pasta and I'm having so much fun coming up with different shape and sauce combinations. I think this one goes well with just about anything.

Strascinati is a pasta that, like orecchiette, comes from Apulia in Italy. In Italian, it means "to drag along," and it doesn't swell up like orecchiette. In Italy, it's made the same way and is called the same name wherever you go. Recipe by mini
