Soak Urad Dal in a bowl and next day discard the water. Add to the blender and use 1/4 cup water to blend smooth

Beat the batter mix for 5 mins very well. Take a small ball of the batter and dip in a bowl of water. If it floats the batter is ready

Add chopped ginger, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chillies, salt and mix well

In a wok heat oil and take a ball of the batter and deep fry on medium-high flame. Set aside once the batches are complete

In a bowl add Dahi and beat well. Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder. Beat well. Soak the Vadas and enjoy
