  • 500 gchicken hearts
  • Pinchsalt (Maldon)
  • Bamboo skewers

    Prepare chicken hearts. This takes time.

    “Weave” hearts with bamboo skewers.

    Place them on an oven proof plate. Sprinkle pinch of salt.

    Place in an oven 180C (fan) for 12-15min. Once well done, enjoy eating.

Tips

How to prepare a chicken heart

Firstly, chop to split the red part and white part. In Japan, we call it 'Hatsu' and 'Hatsu-moto'. Hatsu-moto has more fatty.
