Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Mix all the dry ingredients with hand nicely. then by adding little water knead a semi hard dough.Apply little ghee & keep it covered for 10mins

Then take one small portion. roll in dry flour & roll it

Heat a tawa. keep little thick then normal roti. Put on hot tawa.

Flip and cook. apply ghee. again flip it.press then apply ghee and cook like a paratha.

It is done. Enjoy with pickle.
