  • White sauce
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 300 mlmilk
  • Salt, pepper
  • 100 gmozzarella

    Boil your pasta until cooked

  2. 2

    To make the sauce, add butter and flour. Mix together and add a little of milk at a time. Add mozzarella cheese. Add in the pasta and serve.
