Cream of tomato soup

Chop the tomatoes in large chunks. Add them to a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan, add the bay leaves. Now add garlic.

Add chopped onions and sauté. Now add cashews. Sauté for a minute.

Add 2-3 tbsp of water and cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the bay leaves, add this garlic onion mix to the tomatoes.

Grind everything to a smooth paste and sieve.

Place it on medium heat. Add some crushed black pepper and sugar. Check the seasoning. Add some water if it's too thick.

Bring it to a boil and garnish with cream and green coriander before serving.
