Soft shell Tacos🌮

My family’s favorite Mexican dish. I usually make this dish after every 2 weeks. I use Tortilla for wrapping. But if you like hard shell you can use this tortilla too. Just keep it for 10-15 mins in oven on oven rack to make the shell hard.

My family’s favorite Mexican dish. I usually make this dish after every 2 weeks. I use Tortilla for wrapping. But if you like hard shell you can use this tortilla too. Just keep it for 10-15 mins in oven on oven rack to make the shell hard.

Take a pan, pour olive oil and chopped onions. Fry onions and make it soft pink.

Add chicken cubes with Nacho taco seasoning. Fry little bit. I added some more crushed pepper and salt. *if you do not like spicy do not add as chili flakes has already in the seasoning.

Fry some more till the water dried it up and chicken turn its color. Once the chicken is done, keep it on the side.

Take a pan and put the tortilla. Just warm it up like we do on our chapati on tawa. Place it on plate and pour bbq sauce little bit, add some chicken and spread it.

Sprinkle lettuce and fold it from one side and place it on serving platter.

Make your own style of salsa, cheese sauce and sour cream and serve with Tacos. I served with strawberry.
