Take a thick bottom pan add ghee & roasted vermicelli transfer it add milk in the pan

Boil it proper & add vermicelli stir it when it mix into milk add custard powder with colour

Stir continues now add elaichi powder check the thickness or consistency of milk at last add

Sugar after melted it off the flame cool it in room temperature & then refrejate it

Serve it with chopped almonds or as you wish
