Because some people want to eat and don't live on salads alone. Homemade pasta and venison went into the oven together and became a dish that's literally like honey!!

Because some people want to eat and don't live on salads alone. Homemade pasta and venison went into the oven together and became a dish that's literally like honey!!
Cooking Instructions

Cut the venison into portions, wash and drain.

In the pressure cooker (because it will be cooked there), brown the meat on all sides with the olive oil.

Add the onion, let it become translucent. Add the garlic last.

Deglaze with the wine, let it evaporate, and add the tomatoes and tomato paste.

Season with salt and pepper, add the remaining spices, sugar, a cup of water, and close the pressure cooker.

Cook for 20 minutes (in mine) and open.

Empty the venison into a baking dish with its sauce. Add water almost to cover it, the olive oil with the butter, and place in the oven on high until it boils.

Once it boils, add the pasta, making sure to spread it evenly in the dish.

Bake for only 7 minutes, until the pasta absorbs the water and is left with its oil.

Open the oven and let the dish rest for a bit before serving.

Serve with feta cheese!!!
