Strawberries as required
1/4 cupCondensed milk
400 mlcream
2 halfrolls butter cookies
1 tbspbutter
Chocolate syrup for garnishing
4 tbspsugar
1 cupwater

In a woke take 1 cup strawberries add sugar and water. Cook until it becomes a thick pulpy syrup. When its done keep this puree a side.

In a serving bowl spread the butter cookies layer as I did in strawberry shortcake pie.

Then take out the cream in a separate bowl whisk it with spatula or hand whisker.

Add strawberry puree and condensed milk and give it a good mix.

Now pour this delight in a serving bowl spread some strawberries on top and garnish with chocolate syrup.

Keep in s fridge for 1 hour and serve.
