Steps

Saute the onion, carrot, and celery in some olive oil for 5-7 mins until onion is soft

Add crushed garlic and peas, saute for 2 more mins

Add stock cubes, turkey, stock, and all seasonings.

Cover and simmer for 2 hours on back burner

Add frozen peas, and then simmer for 30 more mins

Prepare noodles or rice separately to add to individual bowls.
