Beans & Potato Pulao

Wash and rinse rice. Put it in pressure cooker with water, salt and turmeric powder. Place the lid and cook for 2 whistles. Let pressure releases automatically.

Wash peel and chop beans and potatoes.

Wash peel and grate ginger and tomato.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grated ginger and tomato paste and saute for 1 minute.Add all dry masale. Add chopped beans and potatoes and cover. Cook on low flame till it turn soft.

Now add cooked rice in it and toss for 1 minute. Mix well.

Serve hot with sauce or pickle.
