Fist boil the water then add 1 tsp oil and salt then add Noodles and Cook the Noodles 80% then strainthe water and wash with cool water then add spread 2 tsp oil

After that add cornflour and apply all on the noodles by hand now heat the oil and fry the noodles of 3 batches and cook until noodles becomes crunchy

Then remove the Noodles and break the noodles after that add capsicum carrots cabbage green onions green part onions leman juice green chilli salt plack paper schezwan sauce and tomato sauce

And mix well now Chinese bhel is ready to serve
