Ingredients

  • 10 ozDried pasta of your choice
  • 1 eachAvocado
  • 2 ozLemon juice
  • 1Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cupVeggies of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta until aldente in salt water

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl mash up avocado salt pepper and lemon juice I added a dried herb seasoning you can add what ever seasoning that you like

  3. 3

    Once pasta has cool a bit add it to mixing bowl with avocado mixture and combine with veggies of your choice
