In a jug add milk, sugar, ghee and mix until sugar is dissolved

Now gradually add milk mixture and knead to form a dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour

Now grease your hands and make 3 to 4 dough balls now Roll out dough with the help of rolling pin and cut circles with the help of cutter

In a pan heat oil and feep fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Let it cool for half an hour and store in a air tight jar
