In a pan boil 1 cup water.

Meanwhile take corn flour in a small bowl,add 2tbsp water and make a slurry.Keep aside.

Add sugar to boiling water and boil till sugar is dissolved.

Add cornflour to the sugar syrup, stir continuously to avoid lumping.

Boil on medium flame for 2 minutes.Now syrup is thick.Put off flame and let it cool.

Grate orange and take out 1 tsp orange zest. Squeeze the remaining part of orange and take out juice.

When sugar syrup is cool,add orange zest and orange juice.

Sieve through a strainer,add orange essence,mix.

Pour into popsicle moulds.Keep in refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.
