Dice vegetables. I didnt add cauliflower. I added peas. Boil vegetables. Slice onions n tomatoes.

Keep all spices and ingredients ready and then grind to a paste. Take a kadai add oil then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds let them sputter then add onions n saute.

Then add tomatoes and saute till soft. Add the masala paste, boiled vegetables add water, add bay leaves n curry leaves.

Add chilli powder, garam masala, salt. Cook for sometime. Garnish with coriander leaves.
