For Rabri:-
Take a pan add milk, milk powder, sugar
Mix well - 2
Let it boil
Add a pinch of saffron dissolved in 2 tbsp milk in it - 3
Cool milk in high and
Stir continuously - 4
Cook for 7-8 mins until milk reduce to half
Add cardamom powder - 5
For filling:-
Take a pan add ghee, cream, milk powder
Mix well - 6
Add sugar
Cook until it becomes like a lump
Let it cool - 7
For bread Malai roll:-
Take bread slices
Trim the sides
Roll thin - 8
Roll the filling between your palm like a cylinder
Place it on thin bread
Roll the bread slices - 9
Keep it on a serving plate
Add Rabri to it
Bread Malai roll is ready to serve and eat
