Wash and Soak moong Daal in water for 4 hours. Drain the water and Grind it to a smooth paste.

Transfer it in a mixing bowl.

Wash peel and chop onion, carrot, green chilli and coriander leaves.

Add all dry masale and chopped vegetables in Daal paste.

Mix it well. Adjust the consistency of water by adding a little water.

Heat a non-stick griddle. Brush with a little cooking Oil and pour a ladle full of mixture and spread round with the help of spetula. Roast 2-3 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden. Flip again and roast for 2 minutes.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
